Hello, I’m Ailsa.

I help women and men feel heard, understood and supported when changes in their body are affecting their confidence or everyday life.

A calm, private clinic in Appleton, Warrington.

For more than 17 years, I’ve worked across the NHS and private practice, helping people with both common and complex pelvic health concerns.

I know how vulnerable it can feel to talk about bladder, bowel, sexual or pelvic floor symptoms. My role is to listen without judgement, explain what may be happening and help you find a way forward with sensitivity and compassion.

Pelvic health symptoms may be common, but they shouldn’t be accepted as normal or as something you have to live with. I’m passionate about raising the profile of pelvic health so that more people know support is available and feel able to ask for it.

Alongside my private practice, I work as an NHS Clinical Lead and teach as a guest university lecturer. Appointments take place in my calm, private home based clinic in Appleton, Warrington.
